WHAT IS A HYPERHIDROSIS TREATMENT?

Hyperhidrosis is a chronic condition characterised by excessive sweating. Hyperhidrosis treatment is a non-surgical modality that helps reduce excessive problematic sweating by temporarily blocking the nerves that stimulate sweating. The treatment involves the injection of Botulinum toxin into the skin of the underarm or other affected area, which can provide relief for up to 3 to 6 months at a time. The treatment is relatively painless, but you will have the option of a having a topical numbing cream applied before the injections are administered. By using the Vital Injector, the process is a lot more efficient than injecting by hand and the precise depth of the injections can be set. Delivery of injections is also distributed more evenly across the field of treatment. Treatment effectiveness tends to increase the longer you treat the affected area.

Threads

We also offer minimally invasive, non-surgical treatment with PDO threads. MINT Mono PDO threads are Australian TGA-approved and backed by clinical studies for their safety and efficacy.

The threads are laid in the sub-dermis and create a framework for collagen fibres, thereby stimulating skin rejuvenation and improving the appearance of wrinkles and saggy skin. The embedded threads are naturally reabsorbed by the body over a period of 3 months and have an excellent safety profile.
