Mighty Iron is a practitioner-grade iron complex pairing highly bioavailable iron bisglycinate (24 mg elemental iron) with lactoferrin, vitamin C, copper and CO2-extracted ginger, formulated to support healthy iron levels, haemoglobin formation and energy while staying gentle on the gut. Iron bisglycinate is an amino acid chelate absorbed more efficiently than ferrous salts, with substantially lower rates of constipation and nausea.
