Hormone Hero is a practitioner-grade formula for the reproductive years and early perimenopause, combining Vitex agnus-castus, Dong Quai, Shatavari, Ashwagandha, peony, lemon balm, milk thistle and broccoli sprout with iodine, selenium, zinc, chromium and vitamin B5. Vitex at 100 mg extract, equivalent to 1 g of dried fruit, is the lead active and the most studied botanical for premenstrual symptoms and menstrual cycle regularity. Dong Quai and peony are the classical pairing for cycle support, Shatavari and Ashwagandha carry the adaptogenic and uterine tonic work, and broccoli sprout and milk thistle support the body's natural clearance pathways.
