Methyl Master is an advanced practitioner-grade methylated B-complex delivering activated forms of every B vitamin in the methylation pathway, with choline, serine, CoQ10 and zinc, in a single daily capsule. Folate is supplied as levomefolate glucosamine, the bioavailable 5-MTHF form, and B12 as mecobalamin, so neither depends on conversion. B6 is provided as pyridoxal 5-phosphate, the active coenzyme form, and riboflavin as riboflavin sodium phosphate. Together with choline, serine and zinc, these are the co-factors one-carbon metabolism actually runs on, which is why the formula helps decrease homocysteine levels rather than simply supplying B vitamins.
