Unwind is a practitioner-grade film-coated tablet combining kava, passionflower, zizyphus, lemon balm, magnolia, theanine and magnesium glycinate, formulated to calm the mind, relieve symptoms of stress and mild anxiety, and decrease sleeplessness. Kava root extract standardised to 30 mg kavalactones per tablet is the lead active, supported by passionflower and zizyphus to relieve sleeplessness, and magnolia and lemon balm to calm the mind and aid mind relaxation.
