NAD and Mental Health/Addiction

As you may well be aware, Australians and people around the world, seem to struggle significantly with mental health, especially anxiety, depression, and PTSD. Additionally, addiction and substance abuse, seem to be prevalent in the population and often have a tight grasp on some people, despite their intentions to change. This has a profound effect on the person involved, but also affects their loved ones significantly.

Research has shown that you are more prone to developing issues related to anxiety, depression, addiction, and other mental health issues when you have low levels of NAD. By having NAD as an infusion, it may help your brain create, activate, and replenish neurotransmitters (chemical messengers like serotonin, dopamine, and noradrenaline) that influence mood, stress tolerance and cognitive function. These are often depleted due to constant activation of the nervous system by stress and lifestyle demands. By improving neurotransmitter status, NAD treatment has a calming effect and can lead to improved mood, cognition, and concentration.

NAD improves detoxification and elimination of harmful substances from the body, thereby aiding in withdrawal from alcohol, opioids, other drugs (prescription or recreational) of abuse. Importantly, it also helps with the withdrawal symptoms often experienced when patients are trying to wean off antidepressant medications, but who are struggling with the nasty side-effects thereof. This can be done as repeated single infusions, but often in these situations, an intensive treatment regime is recommended.

I honestly cannot recommend NAD therapy strongly enough and the more I use it, the more I love it!
